Refund policy

At Memori, it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

APPROVE PROOF

  • For our personalized jewelry, we always ask for the customer’s approval beforehand. If the customer is not satisfied, they may request unlimited revisions until they are happy. If the customer wishes to cancel the order at that point, they are entitled to a full refund.
  • Once the customer approves the design, we begin production, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
  • If we do not receive a response to our approval email within 4 days, the design will be automatically approved.

RETURN POLICY

  • Jewelry that is ready to ship (not personalized) is eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 90 days of delivery, provided it is unworn.
  • Jewelry with a custom engraving or design is eligible for 50% exchange or 50% store credit within 90 days of delivery. (No refunds will be issued.)
    • Note: Only orders with the 5-Year Warranty added to personalized jewelry are eligible for 100% exchange or store credit; all other personalized orders are subject to 50% fees for exchanges or store credit.

CANCELLATIONS

Would you like to cancel your order but have already approved the design? Please contact us within 12 hours of design approval. Please note that personalized jewelry is made especially for you; after 12 hours, it can only be returned for 50% exchange or 50% store credit.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We offer a 90-day warranty on all our products. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to report any defect. After this period, it is no longer possible to report issues.
